KES Senior Soccer Girls Set to Open Season

Our King’s-Edgehill School Senior Girls Soccer team will open their 2019 season on the road as we travel to Rothesay, New Brunswick to participate in Rothesay-Netherwood School’s (RNS) annual Top of the Hill Tournament, Friday and Saturday, September 13th & 14th. KES will play Kennebecasis Valley High School at 1:30pm on Friday afternoon followed by a Saturday 9:00am encounter with ESA. The second game time on Saturday is dependent upon pool play and won’t be known until after our morning game.

Our KES squad has been working hard since last week’s tryouts and are now looking forward to gaining competitive experience to test their individual skills and collective team ability. The Top of the Hill Tournament is an excellent venue and opportunity to do just that. Our team is made up of a nice balance of players, from Grades 10 to 12, and has a pair of Grade 8 students, who will step in and contribute right away.

If you are in the area, please come out and cheer on your School!

Athletics is one of the four pillars of a King's-Edgehill education. We offer three seasons of various sports and athletic programmes. Download our Athletics PhotoJournal to discover which of the over 20 different options your child will love.
