Minute-to-Win-It Christmas Antics

Spirits were high on Friday, December 10th, as the entire Junior School took part in our year-end, Minute-to-Win-It Christmas House Competition.  It was a hilarious demonstration of crazy festive antics that competitors went head to head to win.  They raced their opponents and the clock, as the large countdown timers kept the pace lively in the six classroom stations.

The events included: Stack Attack (stack 36 plastic cups into a Christmas tree pyramid within one minute); Unwrap the Present (unwrap as many Hershey’s Kisses as possible using only toothpicks!); Face the Gingerbread Man (use facial muscles to slide a cookie from your forehead to your mouth); Merry Fishmas! (candy cane fishing); Partner Gift Wrap (two players, one using a left hand and the other a right, wrap a gift as quickly as possible) and Chopstick Snow Challenge (how many marshmallows can be transferred with chopsticks to a bowl).  Fun and laughter were the themes of the games and everyone had a great time.  Special thanks are extended to Ms. Schafer for organizing this joyful conclusion to the term.

We look forward to ongoing House Competitions in the new year!
