Victoria Gives an Impressive Final IB Music Recital

Victoria Gives an Impressive Final IB Music Recital

Many times, over the past few years, I have had the pleasure of featuring the lovely and multi-talented Miss Victoria Dubois. Regardless of the performance art form, this young lady brings her skilful talent to the stage and makes her audience smile. Now testing out of her higher level IB Music studies as a full diploma candidate, Victoria's future include furthering her music studies at university next year, and she has received acceptances already. I am pleased to share her recital as listed below. When I asked her for a reflective comment on her performance she replied, "I really enjoyed sharing the music I love so much with people that might not be familiar with this musical genre."

Victoria: "I enjoyed performing my pieces after the stressful preparation of university auditions. When I was performing, I did not have to worry about executing every rhythm or technical aspect of the pieces perfectly. Instead, I could be more lenient and express myself through the music and find enjoyment in the performance, only being concerned with making beautiful music."
