Our Close Knit Club

knittingThe club programme is up and running in the Junior School. Clubs provide an excellent opportunity to try something new, from debating, to robotics, to yearbook. One club in particular excites me, as I love crafts! Every Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 in room 205 on the second floor of the Junior School, Clare Fleckenstein runs a knitting club. It is welcome to anyone who would like to learn to knit for the first time, and to experienced knitters who might like to hone their skills or work on a larger project with some guidance and supervision. Knitting needles and a wide selection of yarns are available to work with. Lesson one for the beginners was accomplished …casting on! Pictured here are Clare Fleckenstein, Mathangi Somasekaram, Elisabeth Edwardsand Sean Hurley. Come and join us for some crafty fun!
