Anson Chan - Table Tennis Champion!

Anson Chan was very busy over the May long weekend. While most of us were relaxing, he was off to the

He returned home in the wee hours of Sunday morning, after entering 5 different categories, including 3 singles and 2 doubles events. When all was tallied, Anson was 2nd in Under 21 Male, Champion of Under 18 Boys, Champion of Under 18 Boys Doubles, Champion of "B" single (combined gender) and his junior team also came 1st among all provinces. He was entered as an Under 16 athlete. Anson has now qualified to go to Toronto to compete in the National Championship representing Team Atlantic in July. We wish him all the best.

King's Edgehill School understands that some students thrive as part of a team, while others prefer to compete individually to improve their personal bests. We value both types of competition. Download our Athletics PhotoJournal to discover more about our athletics programme.
